Everyone loves having children at a wedding, but what to do with the little ones when they get fed up with the whole cutting of the cake, speeches and grown-up bits?

Whether you wish your younger guests to be whisked away to give your adult guests and parents a chance to let their hair down, or want to keep the children involved throughout the day at a discreet distance - We can organise entertaining craft activities that have been thoughtfully planned from a child’s point of view for maximum fun!
Arty Party Crafts can offer lots of mess & stain free! entertaining arts and crafts for throughout your wedding reception, such as :
*personalised colouring books featuring the bride and groom on cover and name of child.
*sand/glitter art (sand, pictures, tables etc all provided)
*card making for children to make cards for the bride and groom, using stickers etc (no messy glue involved!)
*mask making for photo props
*designing wedding dresses & wedding cakes
*all art materials provided - crayons, mess free paint sticks, sand art, colouring books, pencils, stickers, glue dots (mo messy glue!) card making kits for each child etc
Selfie frame and instax camera providing the little ones with pics to put in their personalised scrap books
*wooden fairy houses and shapes
*giant wooden retro games such as jenga and connect four
Arty Party Crafts will attend in Arty Party Crafts Uniform and will have banner stands, table/tables will also be tastefully decorated.
We ask that an area is provided for us to set up at the venue, we are also happy to liaise with any venues. We will arrive one hour before the event to set up and also will clear up after the event.
We pride ourselves in giving a professional service and appearance and set up is very important to us, as we want everything to look perfect on your special day!
Should you wish activities to be in keeping with a particular theme we would be more than happy to discuss different options for this at no extra charge.
We are normally booked for when the ceremony finishes until the evening reception starts but as it is your day the seven hours can be slotted in to suit the schedule of your big day!
Package 1 for up to 8 children:
7 hours (which includes 1 hour set up and 1 hour packing up)

All equipment, personalised arts and craft activities, decorations, giant retro games etc included with the above packages. All children will receive a large personalised gift bag to take all their makes home.
Deposit is £100 (non refundable) and the remaining balance am be paid any time between booking and 14 days before the date of the ceremony.
Full receipts are issued and an email is sent to confirm all the details of your younger guests (once known) to enable us to make lots of lovely personalised activities for them
